David Losey

David Losey, originally from Wisconsin, moved to Texas in 1969 to sell office equipment. In November 1972 he went to work for Dave Fox of Centex and while there was awarded the prestigious "Sales Person of the Year" award by the Sales and Marketing Council of Dallas.

As Area Manager of Centex, David was involved in all aspects of the construction process and developed a keen eye for quality.  He was quickly promoted to General Sales Manager/Marketing Director and received multiple awards during his tenure in the home construction market, including the "Marketing Director of the Year" for Dallas and Ft. Worth.

David later formed partnerships to focus his attention on quality homebuilding in the Park Cities and development of commercial and multi-housing projects.  In 1996, he re-entered the residential real estate sales arena, bringing with him over 20 years experience in quality home building and project management.  In addition to his diverse real estate experience, David has also been a licensed mortgge broker and offers his clients first-hand mortgage information and direction.

Since 1982, David has successfully assisted real estate investors on projects ranging from residential and multi-family dwellings, apartments, and distressed properties.  His expertise in the mortgage market has been a benefit to his bank and foreclosure clients.  In addition, David works directly wth asset management firms and investment groups on foreclosures throughout the state of Texas.

Today, David's joy is in putting together "family" real estate projects.  "I enjoy working with my clients, starting with their dream and seeing it come to reality.  When I drive by a home I have sold, it is rewarding to see the kids playing in the yard or how the trees have grown", says David.

Terry Losey

Terry Losey hails from New Bedford, Massachusetts and recieved her Master's Degree in History from Villanova Inuversity.  She earned her Undergraduate Degree in Education from Rutgers.  Terry developed a penchant for travel in her early years and after teaching school decided to work for Northwest Airlines as a flight attendant.  With over 25 years of experience in global travel, Terry has developed a unique ability to deal with all nationalities.  She is proficient in multi-cultural communications, allowing her to connect quickly with clients from all over the world and the U.S.  This comfort level is invaluable to the very personal real estate transaction.

After moving to Texas in 1984, Terry became involved in a luxury homebuilding project that sparked her desire to enter the real estate industry.  She eventually obtained her real estate license and went to work for Keller Williams in 1997 at the Preston Road office.  Terry quickly developed a loyal client list through her contacts in the travel industry and her approachable, enthusiastic personality.

Terry's success in the real estate business was immediate.  Her charm and conscientiousness earned her a reputation as a real estate professional that keeps her client's best interests at heart, always focusing on the end result.  "We provide all our expertise to our clients and then let them decide", says Terry.  "Building relationships on trust is our strong suit.  We want our clients to consider us as their friends when the transaction is over."
